Feldspar project in "middle east"

Dr. Jakobs GmbH was contracted for a new green field feldspar project in "middle east".

The main focus is on the development of the most efficient separation system of feldspar and quartz by either flotation or electrostatic separation. Also for minimum level of Fe₂O₃ and TiO₂ in the final products a comparison in flotation and a new developed magnetic separation process using a highly efficient roll magnetic separators will be compared.

Dr. Jakobs GmbH is focused now over 20 years in process development of feldspar, quartz, ultra high purity quartz and heavy minerals including rare earths. Also continuous experience and high competence in separation of feldspar from quartz also without the use of the expensive and dangerous HF and his efficient developments in dry magnetic separation (magnetic roll separators) with be an extra benefit for the customers.
